The first tool is a wooden tool I use for smoothing and making eye indentations. The second is a sharp blade that I use for making eye and mouth slits. The third is a stylus, it has a small ball on each end. I mostly use that one for making the holes in the babies pacifiers. Some artist use that on the inside of babies palms. The fourth tool just has a sharp point that I use for making nostrils. I found all of these tools at Michaels.
