My friend Tina and I took a class at Flying Fibers to learn to spin our own yarn. It was fun and very interesting to find out how it's done. Here is what I am making with mine. A cowl using the broomstick stitch (Broomstick Lace). I like how it's turning out but I'm glad I have until winter to get it done, since I need to spin more yarn on the drop spindle and I'm not-so-fast at that yet!!lol
